Marcos Pizza used to be my favorite....

However, the last two times I’ve ordered the pizza never arrived...

Latest issue happened this past Friday.

We were having a slumber party at our house and ordered online.

The approximate delivery time was 30-40 Mins.

Called an hour later and the person answering the phone stated I’d be another hour to hour and half...

I worked my way through college working at Pizza shops and couldn’t believe it...

I was transferred to Rachel (Owner) who was extremely rude and eventually hung up on me...

Called back to get a refund...

10 minutes later I get a call from Rachel who first says it was an accident, she was just attempting to put me on hold in the middle of my sentence.

Then states she was frustrated because of how the night was going...

As a disabled veteran - I don’t have the mobility that I used so it’s not like I’m going to run out and grab something.

Thank Goodness for Pizza Hut - Fast and Friendly...
